Why we always curse others??

The other day, I saw a man on a busy railway platform. He was chewing tobacco and spitting indiscriminately. It so happened that when he took his seat in the crowded train, he found his seat full of litter. He started cursing aloud about the lack of cleanliness in indian railways, about how the government has stopped working, about the government employees not doing their duties. He forgot that as a responsible citizen, it was his duty not to throw litter on the platform. We always think that some body else failed in his duty while first of all it was us who forgot our duty. The day when we performed our duty before blaming others will be the day when a permanent tag of a developing nation will fade and India will enter the league of the developed nations.
