why people play pranks with the lives of others???

Last night, an unidentified caller called Railway Call Centre and informed that there was a bomb on board the Chitrakut Express. The train connects Jabalpur and Lucknow Stations and runs fully packed. The information was received at 930 PM and the train was immediately stopped at a road side station Jukehi. The station does not have properpassenger amenities.The Railway and Police administration geared up for the task ahead. The passengers were appealed to keep their calm. dog squad, Bomb detection units were summoned from nearest stations Katni and Satna. The train was thouroughly checked over and over again. No explosive was found. The call was found to be false. It caused immense misery to travelling passengers and huge loss of government revenue.
Why do some people resort to such tactics? In the times of strife and pain such as this, when we are greaving the loss of human lives in bengaluru and Ahmedabad, why our brethern commit these irresponsible acts? It is time we identified these unscrupulous people and taught them suitable lessons.
